Hailing from Long Island and currently New York based (but always available to travel!), I’m a professional chef with nearly 10 years of hospitality experience. My unique set of skills include leading kitchens, conceptualizing menus, planning and executing events of all sizes, managing teams, and more. I currently specialize in private events, menu development, and consulting.
I’ve worked in and led incredible restaurants across the country including Dame, Death & Company, Ops, Foster Sundry, and more, and have also been a private chef in the Hamptons for over 3 years.
